Talk to a human

Email [support email — to be provided]. A person reads it. Tell us what you were doing, on which device, and what happened instead — it saves a round trip.

Where we cover

We are live in Austin, San Antonio, Philadelphia while we sign up venues elsewhere. Outside those cities the app works, but the venue list will be empty — that is coverage, not a fault. Match listings and club following work everywhere.

Accounts

• Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. The email contains a link that opens straight into the app.
• Want to delete your account? In the mobile app, Profile → Delete Account. It removes your account and everything attached to it, and cannot be undone. If you no longer have the app, email us from the address on the account.
• Do you need an account at all? Not to browse. You do need one to mark a showing GOing or check in.

Notifications

We send three kinds, and you can turn each off independently:

• a venue in your city posts a showing for a club you follow, or a new offer;
• a showing you are GOing to reaches the number of people the venue was waiting for;
• a match you are GOing to is about to kick off.

Change any of it under Profile → Notification settings, where you can also set quiet hours. Profile → Notifications shows what you have already been sent.

Not receiving any? Check that notifications are allowed for Game On Here in your device settings — the app cannot re-enable that itself.

Finding venues and checking in

• No distances or map? Location permission is off. Allow it in your device settings, or set your city in the app and we will show venues there.
• Check-in refused? Check-in confirms you are at the venue, within about 200 metres, and opens two hours before kickoff. If you are there and it still refuses, your device may have a poor position fix — step outside and try again.
• GOing is not a booking. It tells the venue you are coming so they know what to put on. It does not hold you a table.

Run a venue?

You can list your venue or sign in to your portal. For anything about a listing or an invitation that did not arrive, email [support email — to be provided].

Something wrong in a listing?

Match times and venue details come from the venues and from match data providers, and they are occasionally wrong. Tell us which venue and which match and we will fix it.
